One of the great things about our community is meeting new people, keeping in touch, and connecting to your fellow Bobcats  We have a few tools that can help you stay connected.

Important note: If you are on a phone, we highly recommend downloading the Membership Toolkit app for Apple or Android and login with your credentials for the PTSA website.   If you are a first time user or an inactive user you must create or update your account through the Clara Barton PTSA website first, before logging into the app. If you log in to the app and see an error message "no organizations available" you likely need to first create the account on the PTSA website and confirm the email that is sent to you.

You MUST have a free, active, account on our site to access any of the tools below.  To fully activate your account after registering on the site, you need to confirm the email sent to your email. Next there are three primary ways to stay in touch:

1. Bobcat Bulletin - anyone who has a free login on our Clara Barton PTSA website, will receive our newsletter 2x month. This is a great way to stay up on opportunities to volunteer, hear how the PTSA money is being spent and other district and school activities. You can also access the archives online.

2. Online Directory: If you're looking to connect with someone in particular, maybe you met someone while volunteering, or you want to set up a play-date, check out the online directory.  You must have an active account to view the directory, and you can look people up by name or classroom teacher.   You can control the information that is viewable by going to your My Account Forms on our site and looking for Guardian and Student Information.

3. Communities: We also have online communities for each classroom and each grade level POD.  You can find it by going to My Account in the red bar at the top of the webpage and it will be the first link. Right now it's set up for anyone with a child associated with that teacher to post in the room.  We need moderators for each discussion board so if you would like to volunteer, please email vicepresident@clarabartonptsa.org.  This is a great place to discuss anything related to the class: upcoming reminders (library day, other class announcements). This is a parent/guardian run page and teachers are intentionally NOT in this space.  You connect with your teachers through Parentsquare.  if you have a 'chatty' class board you can opt out of receiving only community notifications and still receive the important PTSA official bulletins and emails.
