Vote to Support Student Excellence through Local Levies
Local levies help bridge the funding gap between what the state provides our schools and what we actually need to support students. Every four years, Lake Washington School District asks voters to renew the Educational Programs and Operations and Capital Projects levies to continue the primary funding source for technology used by students, teachers, school staff, and administrators, and for facility system upgrades and improvements.
LWSD is asking for three local levies on the February 8 ballot. Each measure will help support excellence for every student. Ballots must be dropped off either back in the mail or in a King County Election drop box, or postmarked by 8 p.m. on Tuesday, February 8.
