Chocolate Making for Grades 3-5

The Sweet Platter brings The Chocolate Making Workshop!

­ Learn different techniques like tempering, moulding, drizzling, etc.
­ Create a range of stunning moulded and hand dipped chocolates like classic white and milk, chocolate clusters, minty candy bark and some Christmas themed candies
­ Easy eggless recipes
­ Take home recipes and invent your own fun combinations
­ Students will get to wrap and design their own little goodie bags for holiday gifts
­ The workshop may include processing and use of nuts
­ Melt, make and taste!!

When: Thursday, Dec 20th from 4 to 6 PM

Where: STEAM Lab at Clara Barton

Fee: $30 each student (including supplies and ingredients)

Allergy info: If none of the participating students would have allergy issues, we may use pistachios, walnuts and almonds
